Amidst all the confusion, the bids for nothing, and general "huhs?" about PCPL's official ground.

Its been decided today that the PC Oval will have the privileges of hosting the PCPL finals, and, first time announced today, the PCPL Select XI (this is still under talks, so I've no more details apart from its likely to happen).
