Isn't it rather ironical that Arceus is the Pokemon god, yet it can be defeated ingame using other pokemon?

It doesn't really matter what you pick considering you can catch them all in the wild.

Yes but you'll still find that if no-one picked Charmander as their starting Pokemon, there'd be a lot less Charizards out there.

Have to admit, reading this thread made me want to join that VortexArena.

So many new Pokemon, it's ridiculous. And even more evolutions - Electabuzz, Magmar and even Rhydon have been given an extra level.

Anyways, been playing for a few hours now. Username is AFM07. Got a pretty balanced team:

Rhyperior
Mystic Blastoise
Dragonite
Shiny Charizard

All are in their Level 50's atm.

Yeah, all these evolutions. There's now even an extra level for Tangela, Eevee (Leafeon, Glaceon), Yanma, Togepi, Lickitung, Magnemite, Sneasel, Gligar, Swinub, Porygon, Ralts, Nosepass, Duskull and Snorunt, plus they added tonnes of legends.

Nope, at times you can get high level ones too, e.g. legends are always level 60+ in the wild, plus you get high level normal pokemon.

I had a level 85 Doryuuzu in the wild but couldn't catch it because I accidentally killed it in one attack with my Ninetales.
