I can play the sweep shot to onside and offside for online mode and offline mode. How do you loft a sweepshot? Mine always go along the ground. Is it possible to hit them in the air I have never seen it yet.

They usually do not. I've asked various guys to post a video of a bug or their steam id, but got no response.

I know its a bit of noobish question, so far im just a career type player only i just want to explore DBC even more now , can any one tell me is it possible to bat for two teams in same match like we can do in C07 by changing controller ?

Yes. Just save the batting innings and reload as the other team
