Post your questions about the game here!

Colin has confirmed with 505 Games that 21st June is the release date.

Yup, and this makes the AC 13 preview event a huge success in my books. That was the piece of information I was looking for and got my answer :yes

Looking forward to playing the game over the long weekend in July :cheers

@Ross
Seems like 505 games tricked you regarding the release date , now its your turn to do something otherwise AC13 will be the one making more sales.
Hint :Its a simple process, which ever game comes first will make more sales.

Nobody has "tricked" anybody as 505 have never said anything otherwise. I dont think your marketing strategy really makes all that sense.

That is the "Tricked" part , such a long silence from 505 games when Ross was continously stressing that game has been delayed and now they are back with the same release date , I think if they have said it from the begining that rumours regarding the delay are false , Ross could had a chance to release the game before 21st June , now it seems unlikely.

I think you are wanting to see ghosts where perhaps there are none.....

Actually its pretty much straight forward , Ross was dead sure that the game has been delayed so took a back seat and then 505 comes with a bang that there is no delay. Whats sort of conspiracy you are talking about?

There is a tendency for people to want to see this whole thing as a war between two companies which is a shame as there has been a lot of good banter as well and it has got decidedly ugly and personal over the last few weeks. the fact of the matter is that we as fans should be glad that we have the choice of buying two, one or no cricket games in the very near future.......something unheard of for quite some time.

I am alluding to the post where you mentioned 505 Games "tricked" Ross. How can they trick someone when they have said all along the release date is June 21st and re-confirm the same? They can't be held responsible for Ross' or anyone else's assumptions. It would be akin to me saying Big Ant/Ross "tricked" me as my assumption was Big Ant Cricket would release by mid June.

It shouldn't be 505 who tricked Ross. It would have been a communication error between Ross's source and him. Anyway, as long as BA's Cricket is finished and approvals are done the games gonna be here. So no worries.

I personally believe Big Ant is going to be a hardcore fan's choice while Ashes is going to be an arcade experience. I really wish both build upon that foundation and reach great heights. But whatever, please release the game first Ross. :p
