The test batting is sensational.

With Bangladesh I was reduced to all out 180 of 32 overs. With great fielding and some shocking umpiring decisions to help the down fall.

But none the less a great result.

I only ever had the Run rate a tad over 6 mostlt mid to low 5.

Great. I like it. Next innings Im going to play alot more patiently hoping to get through alot more overs.

Most make it to the boundary pretty easily, probably bouncing midway between the field restriction circle and the boundary(but travelling pretty flat).

The 6 hit ones :

Advance/cover smash goes about 300 m in the air and lands midway between circle and boundary again- square drive travels flatter and occasionally goes for 6

And I was using them about 2 or 3 times an over

Ive resorted to using them once an over at most.

In the test matches I found after the first 10 overs they didnt work any where as well.

I went from scoring 10 an over right back to 4-5.

Taking the advance shot out, its not a real option. How can you regulate it?

i could make the one day batting like the test batting and make it even ahrder to time it right, but then they would probably just get edges all the time, i will play around with it on the weekend

The patch without advance shot looks very sweet.

Brad was pushed back to 207 with Australia in a test. So making the Advance shot half as powerful may be an option. That was it would just go to the closer fielders anyway.

i would like to know if anyone knows how to completley take out the the advance shots?

all i can do at the moment is reduce their power, but no matter how weak i seem to make them, if you time them right they still go for 4.
