Another question. It's $56 for Americans but $85 for Canadians? Is there any site that has it lower for Canadians?

I am in Vancouver, and luckily an American co-worker of mine, who heads down to Blaine every week to get her mail, was kind enough to let me use her mail box address. I paid about $60 including shipping from deep_discount_dvd.

85 bucks is a lot :O

Nobody picks up the phone coz working hours of this courier company are "9am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday". What's the point of using a courier if their SLA is same as local postal service? Disappointed to say the least.

I understand, Monday morning first thing - call them. Weekend is the spoiler for posting services. For me, in transit status was never updated until I called the aramex office. I guess now, if I haven't called - they wouldn't have processed my package on Friday morning.
