You guys who are enjoying it so much and getting these realistic matches, are any of you playing it on PC?

Most of these guys are ps3. Have you found out if the run out bugs are worse on PC ?

Ha yeah thats what I wanna know as well! They're all prob on PS3 like Wealey...most of the positives Ive heard so far are definitely not on PC unfortunately

god complete collapse!!!!

I've fallen to 45/8, Bopara bowled for a golden then KP saw off the Hattrick. Went next over to him for a duck leaving us 3/3. Brought Sidebottom in as night watchman. Cook was runout a little later going for the 2nd run that wasn't there. Collingwood fell to Johnson aswell. Prior and Sidebottom managed to get up up to 45 only for Sidebottom to edge one to slips gone for 18, joint top score. Flintoff edged one to Haddin first ball and Johnson once again failed to get the hattrick bowling just too wide of the stumps, only to bowl Broad next ball. 7 wickets to Johnson and we're only 13 overs in. I really cannot face pace it's so difficult to time right. Hopefully Prior and Swann can drag us to a reasonable score, could be looking at the follow on here.

Sounds like the complete opposite to me, pacers seem easy to me, you just have to patient.

At least with pacers you can mistime the ball and not get out, spin on the other hand...................

That's not good. Take a break every hour, five minutes is enough. That's not much to take out of every hour; your thumbs (and in time, your wrists and arms) will thank you.

i played both Pc and PS 3 version(not my PS3),one after another.they are same,i can assure you
they are completely same build,so no worries
bad optimization can create Gfx bug,but Not Ai bug,
i repeat all three platform have same AI,

spinners are a nighmare aswell. saying that though timing wise if you track them and hit a lofted shot only having it in the good timing part will get you a six.

Try bowling the 'Cut' delivery with a Left hander like Johnson or Sidebottom.

PC owners, post some positives, if you have any!

All I'm hearing from the PS3 crowd is 'realistic! Excellent! Having so much fun!'

All I'm hearing from the PC crowd is...meh, apart from the ODIs/online, but this game's called 'Ashes', not 'ODI'.

Despite what Transmisson/Codemasters/Gudduthemaster and others have said, I believe the PC version has shipped with more problems than the consoles and if that's the case, Transmission (and I know you're watching), it's simply not acceptable.

I'd just say this to PC owners thinking of returning the game: If you can take it back to the shop and get all your money back, by all means do so and pick it up again if/when Transmission/P.C/both sort out the bugs. If not, keep it; don't do something daft like sell it second hand and just get ?5 for it.

haha guess not...from what gudduthemaste said it might be a good one.

And regarding the poor stats tracking, Weasley gave me a good tip, apparently when you create your own player his stats obviously starts at 0...so if possible I will just recreate the entire South African team lol For any stats dorks out there like me, this might be helpful.

Don't base your opinion of PC games on Fifa, for God's sake. Pop over to the EA Forums to see what I mean: it is universally acknowledged that EA are incredibly lazy when it comes to the PC versions of Fifa.

There are countless other good games out there for PC that work just as well as consoles provided you have yourself a gaming PC and not some lower end relic.

because AI's are different in different version is unbelievable,if it happens,it is a world record,because Mr.Smith said that both 3 platform using same code,i think PS3 and Xbox user has explored this game much than pc once,and what is saw in impression thread there is a very few PC user reporting there match etc .

both have Ai pacing issue,but some body in impression thread said that he has cracked it,i mean playing with custom field,etcc
both have run out problems
