South Africa are sending their 'B' team down under anyway, so if you guys can't beat them after losing to Samoa, then you're going to be screwed. :p

Lol, losing to Samoa! :lol

The Auckland - Canterbury clash this afternoon was a good match, like Canterbury always seem to do though they struck multiple times just before and after halftime. It's going to be a double loss for me as well, because it looks like my second team Counties Manukau are going to go down to BoP.

Can't say I'm all that surprised, I expected it to be close. Second string team that played rubbish and Samoa were just awesome.

Really on a hiding to nothing and we can't return the favour to SA as there will be a massive outcry.

Shocker of a day for Davies that was.

Gee, that hit on Gerry'. Langi's an absolute beast.

The Ranfurly Shield is epic, that was my match of the year so far.

Hopefully Counties can bring it North next week, they've never actually held it before.

It'll be interesting to see what happens tonight. I'm just hoping that they'll be some massive hits on Cooper (and to a lesser extent O'Connor), fingers crossed.

I had to drop my parents off at the game :/

Watching it now on the tv. Good start

Since I started following cricket I haven't really followed rugby much. Didn't really mind not going.

I would have gone if there were some $45/55 tickets left yesterday morning, but the cheapest left was $80 so I flagged it.

I'd still like to see them drop the prices slightly so all of the matches sell out, because not one of our three home tests sold out.

And the World Cup prices are a such a joke. I find it so hypocritical how the IRB has a cry over hotels etc. putting there prices up for the event, yet I could go to three ITM Cup matches for the price it costs to go to the Georgia vs Romania match, when I'm certain the ITM Cup matches will be of a higher quality.

My parents were going to shout me to the England vs Scotland game, but when they tickets opened up all of the cheapest ($100) ones were gone, and the next price level was $200 with is just OTT.

Yea the prices are ridiculous, the Blues finals game against the Tahs was only $20 for the South stand, maybe that was due to the short time frame in finding out they were hosting the match but that ended up being cheaper than a Warriors game.

It's quite sad how they only got 16,000 to that game, I really should have gone. I think with Super/ITM matches at Eden Park in the future cheaper prices in order to get bigger crowds is the way too go, otherwise it's just going to look stupid with 15,000 people max in a 50,000 seat stadium. I think a lot will come down to whether we win the World Cup or not, because since 2007 the crowds have really dropped off.

The Hurricanes are going to have even bigger crowd problems next season as well, because they only have one All Black left, their other six or so have all left because of their fried chickenen retarded coach. And with the stupid yellow stadium it's just such a terrible look, when they're getting 10,000 people max in a 35,000 seat stadium.
