The middle order could have done something too. After Jamshed went, it was quite slow.

The reason we lost that match was just poor fielding really. The batting lineup didn't help but if we had actually fielding as well as we usually do we would have easily won imo

Why was Milne selected? I like him and he'll be really good in the future but atm there is simply no spot for him. May as well have an extra batsman, Nicol and Franklin should be able to get through 4 overs between them. Also the decision to put Vettori in at 4 could be on par with batting How as a specialist batsman at number 7 in the last world cup. Can't say I'm surprised though.

I actually thought we batted really well, 164 against that bowling attack was a really good effort. Like Jono said it was our fielding which cost us, because if we'd got Hafeez in the first over that wouldn't have allowed Jamshed to come out and play as freely as he did.

And that Milne selection was just puzzling, because we already had enough bowlers. However it was really just a bi-product of not having any back-up batsmen over there though.
