Why you should be captain: I have been a great servant for the club and i love Leicestershire. I am a strategic thinker and will use an open mind when captaining. I believe with my leadership the players in the team can have a very successful year. I also don't feel that it would be an extra weight on my shoulders and i think it may actually enhance my batting.
