India have a dilemma whether to play Bhajji or Piyush altough I reckon Bhajji will get the nod because of his experience on these spinning tracks, altough sadly he doesn't always perform on them...

Well In first Match they of course will go with Bhajji..
If they want to try the PIyush they can do it on 2nd or 3rd Match..
Logically If you give Piyush a chance in 1st ODI and then You will brought back Bhajji for further then Bhajji gonna play with negative Moral..
Anyway I think Bhajji deserve one more chance at least in India he couldn't argue about the pitch.If he gets failure..

I think our batters will handle it pretty well. There is a difference between Bangladesh and India. Even on faster wickets, Steyn or Morkel cant do much damage to us as Dravid, Tendulkar and Ganguly will hold fort pretty well (I am guessing Dravid will be back to his run-glutton ways soon).

I will bet on Morne Morkel making Ganguly his bunny. Just give him a pitch with a little bounce and he'll exploit Ganguly's deficiencies against the short ball.

Oh and there will be no warm up game in India. Only the test matches.

And SA have faced Piyush before. When SA played India in Ireland.

Ya ..Actually ODIs are canceled because of busy schedule..
1st Test is starting from 26 March and We have IPL matches from 28 April..
So they don't want to make messy things and Useless BCCI have canceled ODIs..

Not really.. Saurav has improved greatly after his comeback in South Africa in 2006. He can handle it (short pitched stuff). He is a very reliable test player.

why do u need warm up? lot of these guys are playing cricket like non-stop. let them recuperate from their injuries first. the test specialists would have played in the deodhar tournament before the first test. so not much to worry!

On the contrary, south africa will find it much more challenging to strut out their stuff against this indian line up thats charged up with success at the moment. if we could face australia in australia, i dont think india should be worried of south africa in india.
