Good interview. Del Bosque role in uniting spain has been key and under appreciated. Especially considering the heated barca vs real rivalry which could have caused those factions to not want to play together.

Did some mathematics regarding those player wages, considering I'd always wanted to know the number of weeks these players were paid those weekly wages, and the answer came out to be 45.5 weeks. Meaning these players basically don't get paid for only 6.5 weeks, which again's rather surprising considering all these players enjoy around 12 weeks of vacation.

Edit: Unless of course those wages also involve commercial deals, etc.

Edit 2: Hmm considering players do get paid during International breaks as well, sort of makes sense now lol
