Symonds racially abused vs India 5th ODI

Full of Barbarians :mad

Well BCCI has always covered their players, and Sreesanth will feel the heat, once he land in Australia, but he will not be treated as the aussie squad has been in this tour

You're one among them too.. Anyone else could say that, but not YOU!

Now whose trying to rile up people now?

Hypocrite.
You're just looking for a fight mate. I cannot even begin to comprehend how you compare bringing up the topic that a compromise is being broken by explicitly stating that one country is worse than another. Enjoy your bubble.

A friendly reminder to keep things civil in this thread. We all appreciate that racism is an emotive issue but there is no need to flame others.

Make a contribution, defend it, if needs be; but leave the personal stuff out.

I hate how Indians say "mate", do they even say that over there?

That is so random. So now you claim ownership over the word mate? :p

That's rather weird. No, most Indians don't say mate. We prefer to speak in one of our many languages or just stick to the ever-popular "dude".

He looks like a monkey and he should get over it, I don't think black people look like monkeys, do I think Beyonce looks like a monkey.. hell no!!! But the olsen twins do. People are calling him a monkey because he looks like one, I HIGHLY doubt that the people knew about his African descent and how the monkey chants originated.

Without sounding rude, how can you not know about his African descent?

The resemblance is uncanny....

Lol, yeah, random I know...but being in this thread has made me see how many of the Indian fans say "mate". I didn't think that it is a common word over there - and you seem to think Iam right:D. Oh and yes, we claim the ownership of the word.

You are a duplicate account of an Indian fan on this board I reckon. Why would you call yourself "Anonymuss"? You just made this account to vent what you really think - real brave, real brave. What a clown. Name yourself...

That's a chimpanze not a monkey.

I never realized how much monkeys / apes / chimps look similar to human beings. I knew about the evolution of humans but that chimp looks to have human personality capabilities by the way it's posed in that photo and how it naturally smiled.

Theres the proof all you Indian fans who are trying to suggest it didn't even happen.

To my knowledge four people were arrested and later released with no fine or any punishment, as Mr.Pawar said, “I believe this is a misunderstanding; a language issue. There are many languages spoken in India, and I don't understand many of them myself."

They're just celebrating Symond's wicket with a lil chicken dance.

Symonds is a top bloke, a great Aussie bloke.

If this was in Australia, and Australians were doing this to India, they would have a big whinge.

Believe me australian crowd will do it again to Sri Lanka and then India and they will get away with it easily.Symonds should look himself first before calling indians racist. It was him who started it in 20-20.And then when he came to India his interview "I dont like the celebrations indians did and they think they are superstars blah blah" who the hell is he thinks he is.We dont need any andrew symonds to tell us how to celebrate. It was his comments that made our players furious. Why no other player was targeted? And making monkey chants is racists?I think Darren Lehman calling sri lankans the "black" is racist isnt it?Or do u want me to post all those videos and news where australian players and crowds were acting as racists?
