So this is an idea that i discussed with @Bevab after looking at his IPL draft and I really think it could be interesting.
The Idea:
There are anywhere from 8-10 T20 leagues active around the world right now with each country having their own version. So the idea with this draft is you pick a league and make the best team you can with the players from that country as well as you can pick up to 4 foreign players.
An example:
Let's say i picked the CPL, that would mean that i can pick 11 players that have played in the CPL, but at least 7 of them must be West Indian players, and 4 of them can be overseas players.
If for my CPL team, I selected Shoib Malik as an overseas, then the player who is playing PSL cannot select Shoib Malik as a home option for his PSL team.

Now, in order to keep things fair, those who are signing up, must pick a number between 1-8, that has not already been picked by another user, and the leagues will be randomly assigned by random.org to keep things fair and not have all users pick the same league.
Once all the numbers have been selected, I will assign the league and we can begin.
Things to note/Restrictions:
I understand that some leagues may not have the same history as other, so for that reason, we will be looking at the players overall T20 stats rather than simply their T20 stats for the specefic league.
I hope that makes sense, so the players overall T20 stats will be taken into account not their specific league stats, but the player you selected must have player at least 1 match in your league, even if he got out first ball and never played again, as long as his overall T20 record is good and he fits your team you can pick him.
Please feel free to ask me any questions if anything not cleared. Those who want to sign up, please select a number between 1-8 in your sign up, as long as that number has not already been picked.
This does mean we can only have a maximum of 8 players. If there are more than 8 people interested, once the first 8 numbers have been selected, each subsequent person will get the next number available.
This applies to the IPL and Indian players, since India doesn't allow it's players to play in any other overseas league, the way we will get around this limitation is that each other league can pick one Indian player as an overseas option per team. Regardless if they have played for the league or not. IPL can still pick up to 4 overseas players as the other leagues. This was the only way I was able to balance out the IPL.
