Can we change my user name to include every feature that has ever been added by BA to either cricket while I was in the beta and tennis, whether they were my idea or whether I just liked the idea?

And then we can change mine to reflect all the nonsense I spew... However, and being honest, many of you have sent so many messages of welcome back, comfort and concern (those who don't have corn cobs inserted into their backsides and have the personality of an emo) it has made me emotional... So thanks x

On topic, I really don't feel TWT is cutting the cloth for me and AOIT is leading so, thanks @Llewelyn I have now purchased a copy.

Ok Ross you're obviously reading and commenting on this forum so here we go,

Look dude as someone who loves Tennis both releases are poor I played Top Spin 4 today for the first time in years and had a blast I thought I might have faded out of Tennis games after playing AOIT and TWT but no I still love them I just don't like BAD Tennis games.

Ok I've said my peace, as a fan of the genre I really do want both games to improve as their is issues with both of them. It would be great to have two new tennis games coming out around the same time every year battling for top position and really setting the bar for what Tennis games should be just like Top Spin and Virtua Tennis did all those years ago.

Being honest lowering yourself down to his level will not win any arguments... However, you do make some interesting points. I am being ignored by Ross because I made a simple criticism about the lack of stats in a cricket game (there was nothing on release for DBC 17)... I do feel the gameplay is down to individual analysis so I can't say 'many' dislike the game but many do and others don't. @zimrahil...and incidentally I have been a preacher for "s_____" for 4 years in lots of sports games not just these by BigAnt, and I love "s_____", so changing my name to it is surely down to me.

Maybe I should just call myself "Bald Dazzer" instead...................ooooops

@'SideSpin' Dazzer I was referring to people whom post it online as an example of how the game plays. Which, BTW, is still less idiotic than not having the game, or ever playing it, and commenting on it from online videos - it's a bit like watching a concert via an iPhone uploaded recording and giving a critique.

So I guess everyone has to buy TWT as well before their opinions on it are valid... The only way to try the product is to pay your exorbitant prices. I'd say its the opposite of idiotic to choose not to pay £40 for something that looks substandard.

Your attitude alone makes me never want to buy a BA game again anyway. Your employees such as Mike come across very well and are a credit to themselves and the Big Ant brand, but you undo much of their good work with these public outbursts - here and on Twitter.

TWT is so poor on PC that after installing it the max resolution is 1920 x 1200......................unless you go into the config file and set it to higher (2K, 4K etc) resolutions yourself, how very poor, how completely untested was that by BigBen!

But from the box it has poor resolution so not as polished... ? The game play IMHO does look a little robotic however AOIT is on it's way to help keep my soon-to-be unemployed self occupied. Maybe get the old skort on and play some tennis!!!

Right been biting my tongue over this topic for awhile now, but seriously isn't it better to have the "CEO" of a game company coming on these forums replying to us good or bad, than having no interaction whatsoever? Gentleman let's break this down and look at it on a non-subjective level. From a PR point of view he is a disaster as a company never wants to be discriminating against it's target client groups but these comments are his own and he is entitled to them but he should make it clear he talking as Ross Symons than as the CEO of Big Ant. A bad CEO is no reason to 'not' buy the product as there're are many employees inside the company who care and strive to make their products the best they can be. However, if the generic ethos of the company was corrupt and rotten then this is due course to boycott the company as a whole. I feel the general maison d'etre is entirely good and decent. I do believe buying the products will have no bearing an wether Ross Symons is an ignorant overbearing buffoon or not but many of his management are decent and care. We pay them to produce computer games not to chew the fat on a web forum so best just to ignore him than to pander to his fantasies... Never give him the ammunition.

We are meant to be discussing the games than the CEO so back on track or shall we open up a new thread covering this... ? x

He is the CEO of this company if this was EA's ceo or 2k's calling their customers idiots and shit talking the comp there would be massive backlash on reddit/facebook/twitter etc his just lucky that his company is small otherwise this behaviour would be getting a lot more attention and backlash on larger sites.

Disagree with the last part, I would safely assume a majority of posters appreciate him being on here in one way or another. I personally think this site is a useful tool to engage with BA, offer suggestions, discuss ideas, get early information, and generally mingle with people and professionals I don't have a chance to in real life (*sorry "everyday life")
