ms is the unit to measure ping. it is milli seconds.

Ping basically determines the quality of your internet connection to send and receive packets. It will be useful for online video streaming etc.. generally anything less than 100 ms is a good ping they said once upon a time but with the advancement in technology ping is ideally less than 30 ms.

That's a sick plan. Move to MTNL, they give 10mbps plans with 28GB FUP for just around Rs. 990 in Mumbai, and after 28GB you get 2mbps.
