Well Derbyshire will be thinking if only, if only we held our catches, if only we put more effort into our ground fielding, if only i didnt get out of bed. AHHHH what a terrible effort!!!!!
Well Derbyshire will be trying to end this Essex innings as early as possible tommorrow morning as well as try to not give away any more runs!!! Well not much else to say, lets get a good nights kip and get stuck into them tommorrow.

Wow! Ive not read this thread for a day and look what happens!!! We conceed 400 runs in one day on a green track!! Well, wat least ive opened my wickets account, if you want something doing, do it yourself is what i say. Another point about the dropped catches, get in the middle and get some praactice done, one or two is o.k but the amount we dropped was unnaceptable! Especially the keeper, i used to be a keeper in my younger days and still am for the PCR but i cant open the batting, take wickets, captain the squad and keep the wickets!!! LOL!!! Lets hope we redeem ourselves with the bat, i think this one is going to be a draw though.

Youve got to be cruel to be kind Bala, what i didnt mention there were the cracking performances that some players have put in, the two great catches and Helmani's uncanny knack of taking wickets when they are desperatley needed. Just keep plugging away and we will get something!

If they come out in the morning all guns blazing as expected, then our only choice is to spread the field almost immediately. Sure they are tail enders but they still give it some welley and sooner or later one of them isnt going to get the distance on one of them and hopefully Helmani will be under it But we must keep our heads up and we must never give up. We need to have a never say die attitude if we are to get anywhere in this league, even if we are 9 down and need another 200 to win, we must never give up and always believe in ourselves to win the game!!!
