Have you got the new guide yet, if you haven't you can't get it, if you have, follow a youtube video on instructions, if I post it here, the post will have to be checked which uses up time, so just search in youtube "itv hd on sky" or something like that.

I'm enjoying ITV HD now Messed up on Wednesday night though.

Anyway no complaints from me; Chelsea outplayed us completely. Some of our boys were clearly overrawed by the game but nevertheless i'm still proud of em.
