Botha and Dean have been the pick of the bowlers for Derbyshire

Geriant Jones perishes and Debyshire are into the Kent tail

So David a disapointing loss. Where did it all go wrong.

Well Michael I feel that we made a slow start to the innings and that once we had got going wickets were thrown away cheaply.

Your bowlers did well getting Derbyshire out or such a low total. Did you feel you had a chance after their innings?

I'm not going to lie, I thought we had a great chance, but as I said before we threw it away.

So where do you go from here?

Well we will go back to Canterbury, where we will analyse how everyone got out and what we could have done to stop it. We will then start preparations for the match against Warwicksire in the next few days.

Derbyshire fully deserved this win. Derbyshire batted poorly but the Kent batsmen made some schoolboy errors out there.
