Has to be Hugh Bromley-Davenport, who averaged a ridiculous 17.92 in FC cricket. He was described by Wisden of the time as the best Public School bowler of 1887.
@CerealKiller I'm picking people who actually batted at the relevant position. Shaheen never once batted at 7. I know that's not in the rules of this Draft, but I only think it's fair for me to do. Believe me, he would have been my preferred pick.
