Hi just downloaded your patch and tryed to play a game chose team etc the intro screen came up with Nz and Zim logos and than the game went to black screen and back to desk top works now I took patch away ? Why is this really want to use the patch ?????? :-(

i dont know......

i suppose u put both the files in the "x:\.....\Cricket 2005\" directory and didnt change the name or anything in the file.

YO Yo Yo after installing AI patch Cricket 2005 is getting crashed ,i have extracted the files to EA Cricket 2005 folder

Is there a way to let the batsman move after the ball mark has been placed for a split second on normal difficulty, like on easy mode.

You don't have to put it in the patch i would just like to enable tis if other don't want it.

man after using ur patch that cramped cover drive that i used to use when the ball was pitching just about on off or outside became unplayable dude...pls fix.....ball pitching outside off is a very important thing man.....i have to start world cup...nd fer sehwag n sachin to have their awesome opening partnerships.......offside long hops have to be dispatched...ohh ya...cud u make the cpu not place a deep cover in their default field...like u know have a third man and a fine leg...then..sehwag can play his awesome cover drives....thx man

a) You can't cover drive a long hop
b) I found the cover drive the easiest shot to play
c) Learn to score runs without moving fielders away from your scoring areas

i've tried to edit the a.i. so tht cpu bowls random line and length but its not 100% working though. i must admit tht the line n length tht cpu now bowls is way better than the original configs.

even in the practise nets,for e.g- even if u choose short line outside off stump. cpu will still bowl short-medium and at times at middle stump.

so i guess it will take time till i crack this bowling bug.

i still find batting hard with the 1.1 patch...maybe its just me
