West Indies in Australia

Bravo got five wickets. Australia have to work hard now to cut the trail. If West Indies manages to get 250 in the second innings it could turn into a good match.

Actually i read from another forum, AUstralia has won 11 out of 16 dead rubber test matches since 99 and that is pretty good.

Still don't understand the underperformance of Symonds. It's not his style to bat for 9 runs with 51 balls.

And Lee got 9 runs with 8 balls.

Bravo gets his sixth wicket!

I told people on here before Symonds isnt any good for test cricket peopel said I wasnt fair

But of the bowlers he was the most economically. There is only innings left for Symonds to let the selectors know what he can do with the bat.

I always knew his bowling was economical. But his batting has been really disappointing. If he scored a 100 today he would have been given the all rounder spot. Thats what hes in the team to do. Bat first, bowl second or else we could have just used Bracken. He would have done better with the bat than Symonds and his bowling is 10 times more attacking.

MacGill is 1.83 m. He looks normally short on the field. And he is even longer then Hussey.

A good ninth wicket partnership:

Current Partnership: 40 runs, 8.5 overs, RR: 4.53

Batsmen don't always have to be tall. Tendulkar is quite short too.

That was a pathetic throw by the Windies fielder. MacGill was only half way down the pitch when the ball went miles away from the stumps. That would have been a run out.

i dont get why teams always struggle to dismiss the tail enders. Australia experienced the same thing when the windies tail enders stuck around at the end with lara.

Hussey is 1.80 meters. That's normal. But MacGill looks short whenever I see a video of him. Australia trail now with 65 runs, so I think they can win the match. Didn't expect Bravo to take six wickets.

Bravo seems to have bowlen very well. MacGill is batting very well so hopefully he can guide Hussey through to his 100. Or maybe the master guider (McGrath) will do the job. ;)

Hey hes guided heaps of people there. Waugh, ... other aussie batters :p Also its usually the guy at the other end that gets out so clearly he is capable of staying in ;)
