Umm there is only 7 wickets in hand and i feel windies do have the slight momentum. If they can pick up hodge or hussey early tommorrow then they will be slightly on top. ATM Australia on top of the game.
Its a good thing Aus scored so quickly. We are less than 200 runs behind. But with Hussey and Hodge there I can't see as collasping. Hodge is looking as great as ever and Hussey has shown he is Australia's Lara in the way he can go on to very big inns.
This article is a further indication that Australians are no longer interested in watching boring cricket and Australia winning all the time. http://foxsports.news.com.au/story/0,8659,17377987-23212,00.html
The article even shows that shows from the past such as MASH had more viewers than the cricket.
well the low ratings reflect the s*** coverage of channel nine, such as switching to the stupid michelle leslie interview and switching to the news when there are about 20 overs left of play. It should be more up when the SOuth Africans come over and expect it to be a dramatic increase when the ashes are on next year. SBS had sensational ratings during the ashes and it was their best ever. The ratings also reflect that people are no longer interested in watching the aussies winning all the time and i agree. Watching Australia winning all the time can be boring and slightly frustrating.
Don't know who Michelle Leslie is, but that's pretty bad if they do that. I am hoping that South Africa can give a good fightback. But I wouldn't mind watching Australia. I would always like to see great batting and bowling.
And what is Symonds to prove there? 9 runs of 50 balls?! Does he want to be kicked out again of the Test squad.
And there you go: Symonds is out for the 51th ball he faced. And in comes Gilchrist. Somehow Australia is in a bit of trouble: Australia trail by 134 runs with 5 wickets remaining in the 1st innings. But I think they will cut that deficit.
Bravo Bravo!! What a stunning catch and Chanderpaul's was an absolute beauty as well!! Take the Gilchrist and Warne. Warne should of been out previous ball anyway. Windies well on top now. As i anticipated Windies would start off strong and those who said aussies were well on top this morning have proved to be wrong.
