West Indies in Bangladesh Oct 2011/12

It's like a compilation of the worst shots in history.. by one team.. in one innings.

weird performance from bangladesh today, on the face of it, quite decent but some silly wickets given away, at least they made scores before they through them away though.

Throwing your wicket away after a start is definitely an improvement on just throwing your wicket away.

Rahim seems to be responding quite well to captaincy. Hopefully he'll kick on and get that century tomorrow.

Am curious to see how Elias Sunny, the left arm spinning God of ICC, will do in a real Test Match.

Wasn't that Arafat Sunny? And yeah, I want to see him, Nasir, and Shahadat in action too.

Yeah, but in my old game (2006) Arafat ended his career with 500 wickets in tests @ 20 and Elias averaged 31 with the bat and 25 with the ball.

Arafat always had a high economy rate for me; Elias was better. And he could bat well too.

on Rahim, he seems like one of the more consistent batsmen, can't recall his place ever being under threat while ashraful, raqibul, nafees, siddique and whoever else go in and out, is it maybe worth looking at giving the gloves to someone else so he can be a pure batsman. He plays like a no.3 or 4 (depending on how attacking you are, probably a 3 with BNG) it did wonders for sangakkara when he was in the similar position of being one of a limited number of quality batsmen in a side.

This is a very good idea, atleast in Tests. 18 year old Anamul Haque should come in to keep wickets.

Has a batting average of 44 in FC.

WTF is this man. 2 days of washouts why would BCB keep test on ground where there is no Drainage system? Seriously disgrace on Test Cricket for Bangladesh fans and West Indies fans

And the worst part is it never rained during the time of the match. It was usually overnight rain. Chittagong has one of the worst drainage systems in the world. Dhaka on the other hand has one of the best.

226 in 37 overs. Little over 6 RPO.

Game on?

----------

And it's 5/1 in 4 balls.

Oh yea :D

----------

Sunny's quite the bowler. Bowling some absolute gems. Tossing them up despite a few boundaries. Looks like picking up a wicket all the time.

----------

Shahadat has quite the grunt.

Getting some nice shape, not much pace.

----------

As I say that, Sunny throws in a fulltoss followed by a fithy long hop. Both spanked. 35/1 in 6.4, WI going for it.
