West Indies tour of New Zealand

Min overs left 63,lets hope that we get all those overs,1day is already wasted,NZ should try to get some runs quickly here, and then try to pick early wickets...

With only 4 days played in a Test match, the follow on cmes down to 150. So if we can manage 40/450, we have a potentially match winning score.

Bad Luck Franklin :( He looked good aside frm the ball he got hit. Leg Glanced a 4 and slipped over onto his stumps lol.

We need to bowl Windies out for 215 to get a follow on, which is unlikely at this point.

Light Meter also out, hopefully we get a full days play

NZ had good day today, they have put up a decent score of 365,they need to pick up wickets,on the other hand,WI looking good so far, they are not defensive from start.

no, actually matches in New Zealand are shown on Sab TV by Sony, unfortunately it has been abandoned :(

But on Star Cricket they do show score upto 9am,i have seen on1st day.Today Ryder played very well, and well supported by his captain Vettori

Our bowling was great, but no reward. We should have had Chattergoon, plumb LBW. I thought the referrals were used to correct decisions? I don't know what they found wrong with that one because it hit him on middle, hiting middle and leg and height didn't look an issue to me. Hit that far back on the back leg on the knee roll for such a short dude is plumb. Disgrace. I have to question the consistency when Flynn was given out where over half the ball needed to hit him in line and it was inconclusive whether half did indeed hit him, in-fact from the graphic it looked like 49% hit him on line.

The game's a draw. They're just playing for stats now.

Good total taking into account the situation, though Ryder should of pushed on for a hundred, while Franklin was unlucky and should of been aware of the fielding change. I think Gayle is set for a big one tomorrow, so this game is probably ending in a draw.

The referral system is crap, it's just a plain waste of time. Wrong decisions are still going to be found like Chattergoon's, it's a stupid system that should be scraped after this test.

Im sure the height was the issue, I thought he was out when they showed the replay but I guess the height was the issue.

Its 4th day and its heading towards draw, only one team can possibly win from here,NZ,right now WI trail by 234 runs, they need to atleast put up 500 (and take 10 wickets to win, which seems to be impossible with less than 2 days remaining),while NZ needs 17 more wickets, which is very difficult, thats why i feel its heading towards draw

Yes,no doubt..it would have been intersting if we would have got 2nd day of test match (which was washed out due to rain).

Yes, NZ had a good chance, but have lost it completely. The Windies in a lot of ways haven't surprised, they collapsed, but where they got in, they provided good attacking.

Gillespie back on to Taylor, lovely gentleman that Vettori.
