The point is that scoring well in English is not necessarily an indicator of one's ability to communicate effectively, especially when we are talking about grades as low as sixth and seventh. I won't be so harsh on pallu though since he's just twelve (apparently, from his profile), and it would be slightly hypocritical for me to criticize him when I myself was the same when I was twelve, although I did follow the basic grammatical rules, such as capitalizing the first letter of the sentence and so on.

I agree with you . And I am twelve I am not lying as I am a muslim and lying is not allowed in Islam so I don,t . I am far better then I wrote , that was my most recent result and I've got 1000/1000 when I was 7 . I am a brilliant student and I have not get any complains in my class's complain register in my whole life . I have once earned a golden badge and twice a certificate . And also I have never got less then A+ in Science in mid term and in final exam .

I knew English very well but now I know English Excellent.

Gotta be one of the few times I've seen someone completely mess up a sentence while trying to prove they know English well.

Pallu, mate, its absolutely fine even if you would have been a noob at English. English certainly is a global language but its no sin not being an expert at it. You can get a hold of it when put into practice of being attached with the people who are good at English, try listening to English news followed by Urdu or what your local language is if national channel there airs news that way. Make a habit to have a look at a good online dictionary such as merriam-webster and/or pronunciation websites like howjsay. It will take your English to a whole new level.
