I dont get you.... Also I've been doing great here. If you scan the statistics, I've always been in top form. Also in 3 of the 4 matches, I've played a crucial innings for the team.

I don't think Leadership comes under captaincy in the game, what it means is whether you are capable of scoring runs or taking wickets or whatever. And I did mentioned that you can't go with a bunch of 100s in your bag, it may cost your performance.

And sorry, I'm not involved in the selection so I'll let them to answer you question.
