Well first up England will probably play Costa Rica or Poland in the round of 16, (unless Germany finish second oh dear god no!), then the quarter-finals Mexico/Portugal/Argentina/Holland realistically, it's Winner Group C vs Runner up Group D. The semi-finals, (if we get that far), we will probably play Brazil. Is anyone really confident about England's chances now? I'm not.

It's better to see it step by step. First the teams have to qualify to the second round and then think about the next opponent. But all opponent after the first round will be strong.

Sweden didn't lose against England since 1968. I think the Germans will top their group so England better not lose against Sweden.

We are better than when we last played Sweden.

we've played our last 4/5 games without Cole and Neville, 2 huge influences.

I think we should qualify top of our group. Perhaps on GD I don't know, although Sweden won't drop points really.

I'm not going to say much for now. But I guess I could ironicly say that I'm supporting Germany and England all the way!

I just love World Cup fever lol.

Next time around you will be able to support your own country Justin! :p But you will see England beating them in your own backyard (again) :p

England should win their group, and that means they will probably get Poland in the second round. The group came out quite well, although it doesnt really matter - if you want to win, you have to beat the best somewhere along the line.

England should win the group, unless we do something stupid against Sweden, which is typical of England.. (ie Denmark 4-1).

England v Aus for the final ;)!

Pel? said the day for the draw he didn't like that Brazil was being called the favourites. Everytime they are being called favourites they don't win the World Cup. So his comments about this doesn't surprise me. Also with this just words, he just make some Australian people happy.

And I wouldn't call that a group of death. There are two difficult groups according to the people: http://fifaworldcup.yahoo.com/06/en/poll_results.html?pollID=4153&vote=-1 in my eyes. Although group with Brazil is considered third toughest.

I just can't see how they wouldn't win it.They are simply brilliant.Way better than anybody else.I hope Australia go well though.I can't wait to see Ronaldinho against us.

If Aus are gonna do well against brazil, they are relying heavy on Harry Kewell and Mark Viduka, who are probably their best players.

PS: Kewell needs a haircut!
