Australia are in a good position. They probably just want to keep wickets until the 40th over mark and then go for it from then.

He was caught off the bowling off Smith who now has figures of 2/24 when he bowled one close to the legside that Clarke hit straight to point/ Mark Cosgrove is the new batmsne in. he is making his international debut

Australias Adam Gilchrist's amazing innings has finally come to an end when off spinner Samuels bowled him around his legs. He made 106 to get his side to 4/201 off 36.2. Michael Hussey is the new batsmen in alongside debutant Mark Cosgrove who is on 29 not out

Australia are in a good position to win this match after making 7/306 off 50 overs. It was largely thanks to an Adam Gilchrist hundred and Mark Cosgrove making 67 on debut. Gayle and Samuels kept the runs down during there overs but Powell was exspensive with figures of 2/74 off 10 overs

WEST INDIES LOSE CHANDERPAUL

West Indies have been dealt a huge blow in there run chase of 307. They just lost the wicket of star Chanderpaul for 28 runs. Smith is the new batsmen in who will be batting alongside inform batmsen Chris Gayle who is on 38 not out. Chanderpaul fell when a inswining ball got the edge that went straight into the hands of Michael Clarke
