3rd Game is Australia Vs Zimbabwe

After narrowly loosing the last match against N.Z, i'm bringing in some new blood to replace guys who didn't perform well in the last two games. My lineup is now

Gilly
Ponting
Martyn
Clarke
Symonds (Allrounder, replacing out of form Lehman)
Bevan
Harvey (Allrounder, replacing Bichel)
Lee (replaced, gillespi who didn't bowl well against N.Z)
Mcgill
Mcgrah

The conditions are humid, pitch is damp.

Zimbabwe are 3/85. Mcgrah has two wickets. Nothing much happening, Zimbabwe are playing well with Friend and Taibu now set at the crease.

zimbabwe all out for 186.

They probably had the potential to get a lot higher than that. As they started off well, but started to run eachother out during the middle innings.

Mcgrah was the best of the bowlers taking 4 wickets. Symonds took 3 for his debut in this world cup!

Ponting and Hayden scored 57 each,, honerable mention goes to Symonds who scored 27 with the bat while taking 3 wickets.

I took some risks later on, as i knew that i could win the game, from the good start i got.

I win toss and send them into bat. (If i lose this match, theres a chance that i wont make it to the top six) lineup is the same as the Zimbabwe match.

Thanks to the runout bug i've taken 3 quick wickets. so i decided to restart the game and autosim, to keep it fair.

Amazing start by the aussies, smashing kahn and Balaji around the park. Gilchrist(7) is still yet to find his touch, but Hayden (39) is in amazing form. I''ve got a tough total to chase, so i hope i can keep it up

Spinners are in, so i'm finding it tough to score. Runrate required is up to 5.07 per over.

Gilly got runout for 15 trying to push a quick single. Hayden(45) and Ponting (5) are at the crease.

Lost Hayden... Martyn was givin out on a terrible LBW call. however Micheal Clarke just survived a plumb LBW appeal.

Spinners are killing me.. runrate required up to 6.5 now.

In an effort to life the runrate, i've lost wickets. It's not looking good, i require 71 runs, at 7per over.

Goodnews is Symonds (28) and Lee (6) are looking reasonabley good at the crease.

I'm ****ed that i lost to India. Because they're at the top of the table, and havn't lost a game yet...

Anyway, my next game is against the Netherlands, its a must win for me.
