Was thinking the exact same thing myself. The record is 6, held by Gilchrist about 4 or 5 times.

Edit: Make that 6 times. Boucher, Stewart, Prior, Ridley Jacobs and Dhoni also hold the record. Seems like there's some sort of barrier stopping keepers getting 7.
