This game is like watching a replay Barcelona's being beaten by Bayern Munich last year in C-League semi, Athletico beating Barca in this year C-League quarters or Madrid beating Bayern in this years C-League semi's.

Tiki-Taka is no longer fooling people. Spain need to play of the style of the Madrid teams this season if they have any chance of retaining the title.

Well I should have gone to sleep. Horrible stuff from Spain. :facepalm

Holland just needed one long pass to score. Spain couldn't do it with even 20.

Could have been 7-1 could have been 5-2. Torres missed such a sitter. :facepalm

That was brutal.I expected a better quality football feom spain.Although this one was to be a thriller, never anticipated that it would be such a one sider.Casillas making blunder, spaniish defence mocked, disastrous midfielding and horrible attack, all these came in as a special package.

Tiki Taka is gone now. They must change it to much like the Madristas.Else there's a huge possibility that spain is getting a knockout in the group stage..Even if they finish 2nd,theyll face a round of 16 elimination as they'll face Brazil if at all they top it(highly possible).Maybe giving priority to Costa ober torres backfired. The combo of Villa-Torres must've scored somethin.

Concrete Vlaar. Somebody renew his contract at Villa please :D
After his performance I've suddenly stopped despising Robben just for one night aha.
Wow. Just wow.
A win of epic proportions.

Costa's decision looks pretty bad now. I could see a situation where chile beat the netherlands and spain beat chile, comes down to goal difference and out spain go.

don't think this really hints at holland going much further than everyone expected though, world cups always have an obligatory team playing awesome football that gets dumped by someone playing smarter. argentina in 2006, germany 2010 are the most recent ones, though holland themselves play this role more than anyone.

What a game that was! Spain were unbelievably poor and even the penalty that they got was very generous. Just think, the game could have been completely different if the dutch keeper didn't make that save to deny Silva when he was clear on goal.
