2014 World Cup Group A: Brazil, Croatia, Mexico, Cameroon

Look at the last four winners of the Yashin Award.

Casillas in 2010, Buffon in 2006, Kahn in 2002, Barthez in 1998.

What do they all have in common?

Does Cesar 2014 sound right?

So I agree with you.

Hahaha, I just realised, the only years since 1994 (1994 and 2002) where the winner didn't have the best keeper was actually Brazil! So my little theory goes out the window.

Fred does not deserve that No.9 on his shirt. No potency, no willingness, no urgency, just abysmal.

Ochoa, the free agent with six fingers on one hand, has had the game of his life there.

Well I had Brazil down as one of the favourites to win the world cup before it started but after watching their first 2 games I doubt they'll get past the next round where they're likely to meet either Spain or Netherlands.

This Mexico coach took the brave decision to bench Chicharito & has got them playing much better than in the CONCACAF qualifiers. So credit to him.

You mean Chile:mad.

:lol @ the two Sevilla team mates Rakitic & Mbia swapping shorts in the tunnel

Maybe Mbia didn't expect Rakitic to be sporting quite such an alarming pair of briefs.

Surprised at how easy Mexico swept aside Croatia here. This coach has surely got them playing much better than their struggling qualifying campaign.
