I fancy germany if teams keep this approach up, defending has been poor and it's been very set piece orientated with a general percentage football approach; throwing lots of balls in dangerous areas into the box and the like.

That's the thing I'm not convinced they do. As i mentioned before in qualifiers they struggled to break down Russia which is probably on the same level as a USA/Ghana - then if it wasn't for Ronaldo's brilliant hat-trick in the play-off versus Sweden, they wouldn't have been at the world cup.
The margins too small for me, plus Portugal gonna be without two key defenders for the rest of the tournament in Pepe & Coentrao

Good game. One of the Ayew's was very good, the other wasn't. Brining on mustafi was always going to be a risky move and it almost backfired today- it could've easily resulted in Ghana's third goal.
