Awesome innings by Jayawardene, on par with the previous 2 hundreds made by Ponting and Gilchrist. Brilliant. Also the 3rd powerplay totally nullified the first one. SL have put a daunting total on the board but IMO India has the ammo to make 275. We have the batsmen and the pitch looks like a belter as it was evident from the last few overs.

I can't help but be pessimistic about it, even with dew you could see how Murali & co. did against Nzl. I know our batsmen are better, but pressure can get to the best batsmen too.
