The fact that someone was "the last man left in the bar" suggests that when the kill took place there was only one guy there and no-one else. So I think that rules out a bodyguard.

So in a 10 man game, my hunch is two or three Mafia with one roleblocker and one godfather, a serial killer, a doctor and a cop/tracker/watcher. That leaves five more townies, maybe one more power role, maybe a miller and maybe a survivor.
