What was Dizzy paying for the highest score of the match?

If I were doing that in vBookie it would be 100 to 1 at the very least. Especially given it's Bangladesh and you don't expect the batters to fall. Of course you don't think about the nightwatchmen when doing this.

Still 70 overs for the day, Ponting surely won't leave Dizzy hanging. We have at least 170 overs left. Probably bad light will come in tonight but weather is perfect for tommorow unless that has changed.

I hope there is no rain after tea like everyday

Lol i forgot he isnt there..Dan Cullen gosh..great talent, i think he needs few seasons under his belt though. Kinda like the young indian spinner (can't member his name) who took U-19 world cup by storm but wasnt quite test grade, playing with Kumble & Harbhajan against England.

Piyush Chopra ??

I think Ponting should hold off on a declaration and let Dizzy have a crack at Lara's 400. If he gets there, That will make a complete mockery of test cricket as we know it.

exactly, we have 5 world class bowlers and we could use a day to bowl them out. 1/2 hr isnt gonna make sweet FA.

we are going to win regarldess

Ponting is going to most likely hold out for Gillespies 200 and Clarke and Gilly to fire up abit and score at 100%. I'd be satisfied with a 400 run lead and probably won't have to bat again.

I so wish I had foxtel, I was just standing in the shops watching the live Foxtel for about an hour! :D
I noticed a lot of things:
- Australia were playing in the same area! (Hussey sweeping and glancing/Gillepsie hitting to 3rd man).
- Bangledesh bowled all over the place, especially on leg-stump.
- Australia were playing around with them and just taking singles and twos.
- Hussey could have really blasted away but decide to play an attacking game with Gillespie.

Dizzy's double ton will hurt Bangs alot, sure they bowled Aus cheaply in the first match, but how will go down as the first team against which a night watch man scored a double ton, a record that isn't likely to be broken for a long time

No interuptions from rain. 11 more runs for Dizzy then Ponting will have to make up his mind on what we are doing. Don't see why we need to bat anymore once Dizzy gets his 200. Clarke getting a 50 won't do much given a nightwatchmen could get 200 ;)

yeh true.

hopefully he can get that 200, he's going at a snails pace atm :p

Lol whats new?

Interesting thing is will Dizzy be fit enough to open the bowling. Thats the only reason Ponting would bat on, maybe even bat the day out and let Dizzy rest over night. Or Dizzy gets out after his 200, rest and then declare. But can't see Dizzy getting himself out. Maybe hes going for 300! :p
