englands are not to flash either aye? could bowl out or tailenders for the 4th time now?
Ha mate...atleast we manage to get to the tailenders. Your Aussie attack (including McGrath and Warne) seem to be struggling to do even that.

And for those who keep on mentioning about how Australia came within 51 runs of the target, in the third test - do not forget that England did make a declaration, and that were one wicket away from going 2-1 up.

There really are some idiots on here. Australia were never in a situation where they could of won the match at Old Trafford, no way! If you think they were you really no nothing about cricket. Yes u were 50 runs of the set target, but no you never were gna win that match

Actually when Pointing and Clarke were in with Ghilcrist still to come it did look loke they could get the target

Also tailenders, Top order doesnt really matter. What counts is gettting them out

Kaspro is feeling the heat noe 6nb in 9 overs.

Nah smashing England in the 4th test will be an achievement

Like you 'smashed' us at Edgbaston and Old Trafford.

actually i think Australia did look like it, even the biost sky sports and channel 4 commentators said it. why do u think Vaughn didnt want to put in a full slip cordon???

You think wrong and at times crazy.

As far as the slip cordon is concerned, well hes being doing this for the past two years now. Its called modern day cricket, and Vaughan prefers having the slip and gully fielders spread out to cover a larger area. It has worked pretty well for England in these two years. On the odd day, it might not be as effective.

Because were not arrogant like Australia! We dont go with an umbrella field, and plus certain players were going for shots and we could get them out in other places rather than the slips!!!

God do you know anything? we had 3 slips and 2 gullys for most of australias 2nd innings!

Plz keep your comments coming....

actually i was thinking more like Lords. But anyway. Its funny to see how everyone thinks this is the best ashes series just because England won a match and got a draw :-s

No its the best because the games r the most entertaining, its just a bonus for us that England are winning. Bloody hell!!!

Well that day when it doesnt pay off coud cost you your precious ashes

An umbrella field doesnt mean arrogance, it means you need quick wickets. So u can catch people outside the slips but that doesnt explain the men on the boundary.

Well 1 minute your saying that they were close and entertaining and the next your saying that England outplayed Australia. Make you ****ing mind up please.

No it means arrogance. It does not show u need quick wickets because edges are not the best way to get quick wickets!! MORON
