Australia in India

What the hell is with Hodge in and Haddin out??...for the life of me i cannot understand that, im not saying Haddin wouldve necessarily done any better today but jesus Hodge is average at best in odis.

And how did Tendulkar get not out to that Bracken lbw....that was as plumb as they come!

Here here, Haddin did make a difference in his last 2 games and this was his stage. Hodge is no lower order batter, he needs time to get in before he steps up the pace problem is he has failed up the order.

YESSSS!

Badri finally may get a chance, can't wait to see him live, if he gets a chance.

If India continue with five bowlers and no one else is dropped, he might go away not playing a single match and Gambhir will come back to take his place. It has happened with Indian cricket many a time.

It's not going to happen anymore.
How about dropping Zaheer for him?

They have this new found attitude of playing 5 bowlers, which I think is a good one. You need 5 specialist bowlers especially when you cant rely too much on your part-timers because they are not consistent enough. If the wicket is very good for the bowlers, then we can think about playing 1 bowler less and tightening up our batting.

I wont drop Zaheer for Badrinath. I will play 5 bowlers, and see if I can fit in Badrinath for a batsman.

But..who?
We need a strong opening pair and Ganguly and Sachin are the best for the job, no matter what anyone says. They're still legends.

I think Haddin could have done better then Hodge. He has scored 30's in ODIS and thats what we needed when Hodge was batting. Someone to stay their so Symonds didn't need to panic as much.

..No seriously, why would we post that? We lost in a thriller, was a good match and a great game of Cricket to watch!
It's got to do with being ranked the best in the world and losing despite several controverisal calls. But because we're proud of our country & take pride innit unlike another particular country who burn props & objects once they get knocked-over of a tournament; those sort of countries tend to try and mock us so they can feel superior but when they lose they are start saying "Oh, I didn't really care about the result."

But oh well, I'd rather be an Arrogant Australian then an Idiotic Indian.

I don't think It's Leg before wicket if it hits him on the head, right?
Yes, well if you play a sweep and you get hit in the chest and your in line and the ball is not going over the stumps then its still LBW isn't it? Stop complaining.

What about Brad Hogg to Robin Upthapa.

Tried to reverse him, picked outside leg & hit him inline with the stumps.

He turned himself into a left-handed batsman by playing that shot?
