I don't think that is enough runs for Australia. Should of made more from the start that they had.

Australia get ealry wicket

Australia have had the dream start in their Bowling Innings against the England side. A wicket with the 1st ball of the 2nd over is just what the English didn't need. Brett Lee opened the bowling for Australia, and with a great line and length and depth with his bowling, he added a Maiden 1st up of his Innings. Stuart Clark took the ball up the other end, and facing was Marcus Trescothick. You would expect Trescothick to block the 1st sdhot, being early in the Innings of a Test Match and they had 4 days to conjur a score that the Australian's gave them. Trescothick had the right idea by blocking the ball, but the pace and speed of the ball by Stuart Clark was quick. The quickest Clark has bowled in a long time.
Trescothick knipped the ball, and it kindly glided through to Gilchrist.

And safely into the hands of Gilchrist

So a wicket with the 1st ball from Staurt Clark is something the England side didn't need. They are chasing nearly 400, and with one of their opening batsmen out, it is going to be tough for the rest of the batting order to get back on track and get settled into a normal rotuine to conjur this score.

A duck for Trescothick

Captain Michael Vaughan is now at the crease, and lets see if Vaughan can put some runs together with Andrew Strauss who faced a Maiden over by Brett Lee just a few overs ago.

Michael Vaughan new to the crease

Michael Vaughan got something started, his 1st shot he played from Staurt Clark, Vaughan knocked to the boundary and smashed it away for 4. Clark might be excited he got the wicket, but now needs to get his concerntration back on track, because the Captain of the England side is now at the crease, and would be furious one of his openers have gone so cheaply.

Vaughan knocks a boundary, maybe a revival by England?
