Bangladesh in Australia Aug-Sept 2008

Geez Watson was funny to watch with the ball... he was sledging the batsmen and they i dont think they understood any of it

really?? haha i wish i could see it. and tamim and sakib and mahrab jr. would have understood

He had a really angry look on his face after every ball and starting walking towards them aggressively whilst running his mouth, this was when Bangladesh were 7 down or so

At lunch it's 46-0 for Australia after 9 overs. The bowlers didn't seem to trouble them that much.

Certainly was good to have Watson back out there, played the Gilly role very nice. Marsh is playing the Hayden role nicely too, taking it slowly when needed and aggressively when needed.

Marsh showing the benefit of time at the crease, can Hussey do the same?

angryangy added 35 Minutes and 22 Seconds later...

All over. Good knock by Marsh, 69 n.o. in 81 balls, 10 boundaries.

pretty inept performance by bangladesh....which was expected.

Watson is a bit of a dick. I've noticed that. I hope he gets injured again because he's up himself.

Bangladesh are pathetic. If I was the ICC i'd consider demoting them. I think thy play NZ after Australia. Bit of a waste of time, but it'll ease us back in nicely. I'd send a few B side players to make a series out of it.

Easy win for Aus
Congratulations for team Aus and also for people who had bet on Aus

Aus will be looking for a "White Wash",very much in their hands.

Is Roy a dickhead or what? I mean who misses a team meeting and training just to go fishing? What a cock.

And well done to Michael Clarke on handleing this situation as captain, considering Symonds is one of his best mates and all...

I thought Roy was already on the fishing trip before the team meeting was called?

Our bowling is just okay but what's wrong with out batsmen now? :noway

Easy win for Aussies, Shakib was the only one to get wickets. Well there is something positive, Bangladesh scored 100+, hurray! :D

'It's just not happening for us' - Ashraful

After being shot out for 74 in the first ODI, Bangladesh's batsmen were given a chance to make amends in the second when Mohammad Ashraful opted to bat first. Instead, it was yet another failure for the visitors - they were skittled for 117 - and their captain said his side wasn't performing to its potential.

"It is very disappointing," Ashraful told TigerCricket.com. "We are unable to implement what we are practising and planning. Everyone knows and we know that we are a much better team than this and we can play much better cricket. It's just not happening for us at the moment."

Its difficult for any good team to win against Aus in Aus.

I somewhat feel sorry for Bangladesh after reading that headline...
