Thanks for the feedback guys . Animations in video looks great, but while playing I would like to know how is the square cut and late cut shot in the game and also the defence shot.
Ok ive been Playing the game for around a total of 5-6 hours since yesterday!
Yes there is 2 players in the demo!
You can only choose from 3 teams, england,west indies, and aussies!
although there is no toss shown, aussies always bat first!
Each bowler gets to bowl 1 over each to a max of 6 overs per match.
There is plenty of vairety in batting! Infact every time you try to hook the ball it looks different! There is some same animation but that is expected! But still too much different ones are available!
Bowling is superb and very fun! I always try to get the batsmen caught in slips and its real fun cause no cricket game or patches earlier managed to make it feel so real!
Graphics are awsome too! most of the players look very real, there are some who look a bit off like brett lee, lehman and im gusseing that the other teams like pakistans faces will not be proper at all! But then again i could be wrong, but i remember seeing shoaib akhtar once in the pics and it was no way near real! So i think that the grahics are best for the 3 teams available in the demo! or maybe they have 3-4 players in each team who look really real and others look somewat similar!
In the demo all players have real names!! why was there topics before saying that the names are made up?
the commentators dont really say the bowlers names, but they do say some names like i remember hearing mgrath and ponting from him!
The commentry is the best ever u will hear!! Soo good and real! sounds like ur watching a match on tele!
They talk about previous tournaments in real life, history, technology, why test matches are played faster now then before, and why umpires do not go to 3rd umpire for LBW desicions!
The running between wickets is awsome too, same with fielding! although if u play the game for long it will become very easy!
Theres no direct hits! for some steange reason!! always goes to wicket keepers hands!
The game is very adrenaline pumping! and definetly has very fast action for people to enjoy playing!
The batting in first 30mins is real hard! but 3 hours later you can bat with ur eyes closed! Thats the problem with the batting, same thing was with cricket2002 if u remember there used to be a meter and u pressed HIT button wen it was the best timing! It fairly easy after a while!
I scored 146/3 with aussies against west indies, with gilcrist getting 106 not out! BTW the celebration for getting a 50 or 100 is the same which was dissopointing!

There were some issues and bugs in the game which im hoping will be sorted out before the release! I am going to post those in the bugs topic so u can read them there!
Apart from that the game is fantastic and definetly the best yet and is a treat for cricket fans! Im also hoping that cricket 2005 is just as good and better in other aspects like sound and graphics, cause sound was another dissopointment here!
Overall the game is NOT PERFECT but is very close to it and probably the closest so far! I just hope they sort out the little bugs and stuff!

To your answer. yes their are direct hits in the game. i have been playing this demo for a while. if you get a feiliding meter on proper place i mean in centre it wil be a direct hit if there is a run out chance. i have got two direct hits and its fab. the game ROCKS!!!

You cannot get the demo version in USA. Cause in UK they sell the PS2 Demo in PAL Version. So first of all there is no NTSC Version releasing for PS2 and also they are only selling BLIC in USA for PC Version.
