this a useless forum, i've been waiting for response since last evening and i got no help.
please please help me
:facepalm

You've had no reply in just over 12 hours in a forum for a game which is now fairly old.
A very quick look at the system requirements would have told you that your graphics card isn't supported.

but i admitted too that i have played this game on lower configuration than one i have
i have also played it with nvidia 5500 256
intel d865 processor 2.8 1gb ram

so i have heigher conf
i have got
intel d945 board nvidia 512 7200le updated drivers
1gb of ram 3.0Ghz processor
comparing these two i dont think system requirement is big issue
i have tried it on 5 different computer systems there may be some cd/dvd problem i wil get a new copy then i try again

Please check through the thread before randomly posting "it don't work" messages. Chances are you will find some answers already. Don't bother posting if you have an illegal copy of a game. We do not support piracy in any form whatsoever. Perpetrators will be banned!

Problem with Running in Windows 7 - can anyone help?

I was running a legal Ashes 09 (beta 2) just fine on HP2330s with Vista Business 2 with Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5670 @ 1.80GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.8GHz; 3072MB RAM; Available OS Memory: 3000MB RAM; Page File: 1105MB used, 4893MB available. Direct X 9

Then I loaded Windows 7 Professional 32-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.100618-1621) and DirectX11. The game loads and first ball is bowled and then it stalls. The blue screen of death comes up but is too fast to read and disappears.

I posted (and paid for the answer!) on a tech site and got this answer: "The problem is that your micro-processor T5670 does not support Virtualization Technology. Therefore Windows 7 will not support any Windows XP game on your computer. So unless your game is compatible to Windows 7, it will not work on it."

Ok, if what he said was true, then wouldn't the game have failed on the previous Vista OS? I have tried playing in previous Windows compatability modes but this also fails. I know that, if I do an uninstall and reinstall Vista I know I will be ok - but what a hassle!
