C09 HELP: Having trouble running the game? Read here first

Amending my game problem. Sometimes it works perfectly with no problems and it runs smoothly, if it works from the start it always works well till I finish playing. But it seems to randomly jerk around and run slowly other times I load it up. Nothing to do other applications or processes going on, unless they are hidden.

I can run the game fine, only thing is that I have no crowd !! The crowd is turned On through the options.

I am guessing this is because I've got an integrated graphics card.

Has anyone else experienced this ??

Alright, I have just tried the Ashes Cricket Demo version and it has worked perfectly, then tried the Ashes Cricket game and it had slow down still. To me this suggests that the problem is not system related.

I thought I would try and uninstall and then re-install the game to see if there was a corrupt file, however when I tried to reinstall the game the installer seems to think that the game is still installed, as it only offers the option to modify, repair and remove, furthermore, selecting any of these options gives me this message "Error: -1605 This action is only valid for products that are currently installed." and thus I cant reinstall the game now.

Anyone had similar problems or know how to sort this.

the demo was running perfectly fine on my system and i thought that the game shall also run without any problem...the game installed perfectly and it runs till loading but as soon as the vidieo arrives it crashes immediately...:crying
what to do..please help :help

the game is installed correctly but when i run the exe it displays such message

Go to add/remove in the control panel and uninstall the game. Re-install it.

i have just installed the game on my friends pc and it is rust nning perfectly fine..even his system specifications are not as good as mine


i have just upgraded to 3 gb ram and 512 mb nvidia geforce 8400 graphics card
i have a 2.6 ghz intel pentium 4 processor

not whats the matter?????:help

U upgraded the entire PC? too fast mate....

Now, about the "application configuration is incorrect" error -

This error message is something related to Visual Studio package....

U need to download the - Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package

AbBh's expander didn't work without that either.

yups i did format the pc and now i am at my cousins residence now for 3-4 days to play this game....i was too exited about it

but i still dont know what the problem with my pc is:crying

You could be missing a dll from somewhere.

Run a DirectX Diagnostic tool (type DXDIAG in the run bar from the Windows start menu), then save it and e-mail it to Codies support. Ask them if they can help you with it.
