End of Over 25: 113-1, runrate=4.52, reqrunrate=5.20 (242-10)
Rudi 3-0-16-0
Fieldwick* 4 (20 balls)
Mason 65 (74 balls)

2 fours by Mason in that last over, need some more of that.

25.5 4 Atkinson to Fieldwick
Whacked straight over Atkinson's head.
25.4 . Atkinson to Fieldwick
That ball isn't going to make Fieldwick play, as he leaves well alone for the ball to fly through at waist height to Bolder.
25.3 4 Atkinson to Fieldwick
You beauty, he has timed the pants off that delivery.

Fieldwick you legend! :)

End of Over 27: 124-1, runrate=4.59, reqrunrate=5.17 (242-10)
Rudi 4-0-18-0
Mason* 65 (74 balls)
Fieldwick 15 (32 balls)

Balanced on a knife edge.

3 more overs, then Tuckett and Andrews will return. If they don't get wickets, they should raise the RRR to about 6-6.5. Then Crouch returns. I just hope he isn't too tired.

End of Over 30: 134-1, runrate=4.47, reqrunrate=5.45 (242-10)
Atkinson 10-0-51-0
Fieldwick* 19 (40 balls)
Mason 71 (84 balls)

Atkinson's finished. I need to attack his replacement.

30.3 6 Tuckett to Mason
Wonderful! Clean strike back over Tuckett's head and it goes all the way!
30.2 1 Tuckett to Fieldwick
Slapped down to long on for the single.

Thats the way

Tuckett back on. RRR is 5.45. He and Andrews just need to keep it tight, and it's game on...

30.6 1 Tuckett to Mason
Guided away to third man for an easy single.
30.5 1 Tuckett to Fieldwick
Advanced, flicked to the deep square region for the single.
30.4 1 Tuckett to Mason
Advanced down the track, played out to mid on for an easy single.
30.3 6 Tuckett to Mason
Wonderful! Clean strike back over Tuckett's head and it goes all the way!
30.2 1 Tuckett to Fieldwick
Slapped down to long on for the single.
30.1 . Tuckett to Fieldwick
Oooh! Nicely flighted ball outside off stump, tries to cut it to third man. Fieldwick gets a thick bottom edge and down into the pad of Bolder. No real chance there but potentially dangerous play.

Superb over for me. I'd say I'm back on top.

31.1 6 Andrews to Mason
That'll come down with snow on it... six runs!

Great way to welcome him back into the attack :)

Mason has just hit 2 sixes. I knew I needed him early. Now they have to get the wicket, bogging him down is out of question.

Crouch opening the bowling as made ALL the difference. I'm sure had he not got the century/opened the bowling, the scenario might have been different here...

An error by PlanetCricket's tactical genius? Otto's early wickets were key to force a tiring innings out of Crouch.

End of Over 32: 152-1, runrate=4.75, reqrunrate=5.06 (242-10)
Andrews 6-0-21-0
Fieldwick* 22 (46 balls)
Mason 86 (90 balls)

Last Wicket: Heath c. Rudi b. Tuckett 35 (FOW: 84/1)

Yes, an error. Actually, I hadn't accounted for it to happen. I planned for the top order to chip in more than the 3 runs they did. I knew I was taking a risk, but seeing how it paid off against a better team, it should have worked. Its like I'm cursed here on PC. All my risks work well otherwise in BT, but backfire here!
Tuckett is into a better over now. Only 2 so far.

With 9 wickets in hand, I can afford to throw the bat. If I fail to get the runs it'll be unacceptable from my point of view.

It looks like your batters want to go after the bowling only in the last 10. Only 5 runs in the last 18 balls. RRR at 5.73. Don't know if it is such a good idea, Crouch will be bowling then.

Mason gone! Disaster strikes!

35.3 W Andrews to Mason
The very thinnest of edges is caught in Bolder's gloves. Everyone appeals, and after what seems like an age the umpire gives him out.

RRR hits 6...

End of Over 36: 159-2, runrate=4.42, reqrunrate=6.00 (242-10)
Andrews 8-0-25-1
Purse* 1 (3 balls)
Fieldwick 27 (60 balls)

Last Wicket: Mason c. Bolder b. Andrews 87 (FOW: 158/2)

Could this be the turning point??

Purse the new man in. Seems like a fairly decent bat...

A run a ball required now. 14 overs, 84 runs.

He is a good bat, but not known for fast starts....
