Brouhaha XI vs Fighting Mongooses
Stumps day 1

Brouhaha XI 147 (64.4)
Cable 6/13 (13.4)
Miah 2/31 (15.0)

Fighting Mongooses 3/170 (45.0)
Dodge 56
Barton 49 n.o.

Brouhaha built several partnerships throughout the day, but Cable took advantage of conditions and broke through in short bursts. Dodge and Whaley looked well on track before falling late in the day. Nevertheless, Fighting Mongooses lead by 23.

Lead by 364 runs. (player 23-10)
Bhutia 15-0-123-0

Rampaul* 202 (149 balls)

First double centurion of my team -- Rampaul! :) Ooops, nearly around 40 overs today still left and 110 overs tomorrow. Batsmen need to survive 150 more overs..

The players are off the field for tea.

Lead by 378 runs. (player 23-10)

Great session! :)

Geez you have a crazy run rate going there, did you set your batters on aggressive?

Atlast a wicket goes for me, but sadly Bartlett misses his double ton :(

48.5 W Rampaul to Bartlett
The slower ball from Rampaul caused Bartlett to loft an easy catch to mid-on.

He was dismissed on 192 runs.

These two batsmen are annoying me  specially Rhodes :(

A century in style by Baloch,

71.6 6 Bhutia to Baloch
That's a massive hit! Six runs! The ball was still on the way up as it passed the boundary!
And that's a century for Baloch! Well played indeed Sir!

First Triple centurion of Hunting Tigers ~ Rampaul :)

72.2 2 Singh to Rampaul
Pushed through the covers, Bhutia sprints around in the deep, but can't prevent the batsmen coming back for two.
A triple century. Excellent innings this.

That brings to End of Day 1. :) One more day fully left to bat and then bowl on Day 3 ;)

What will be ur declaration ;) 5000 :p

Whatever score my batsmen can reach by Day2's end. :) I just want the game to get extended to Day 3 because its a home game ;) So probably i am going to set some high total like 1500-1700 now in orders to make sure that they are batting till the EOD2. :p Lets see how it goes.

End of Over 42 (Maiden). Free Speech!: 34-4, runrate=0.81
Burdett 10-8-8-1
Hackett* 6 (105 balls)
Obrien 4 (27 balls)

Last Wicket: Craddock lbw b. Burdett 5 (FOW: 30/4)
Yawn
43.3 W Burdett to Hackett
A quick ball from Burdett has taken a big snick and just carried to Green at second slip.
:happy

Lunch day 2

Fighting Mongooses 8/300 (80.0)
Barton 78
Hamed 51 n.o.
Browne 47
Lewington 3/61 (18.0)

Barton and Browne took the score past 200, but the middle order fell sharply midway through the morning session. Hamed then stepped in, batting sensibly with the tail and muscling boundaries, bringing up his 50 with a pair of sixes at the very end of the session. The lead is 153.

My team still going strong to bat through out the Day 2 :)

End of Over 103 (8 runs). HuntingTigers: 826-1, runrate=8.02
Lead by 803 runs. (player 23-10)
Singh 22-0-160-0

Rampaul* 392 (323 balls)
Baloch 203 (177 balls)

Last Wicket: Bartlett c. Karthikeyan b. Rampaul 192 (FOW: 437/1)

hehe, First 400 for HuntingTigers ~ Rampaul :)

104.5 3 Singh to Rampaul
Short in length and on the off stump line. Rampaul rocks back and punches it through cover. Good fielding prevents 4, but good running gets them 3.
400!! Don't see that very often.

nice nice..
