Nice win that. I hope Samuel got MOTM, cos he deserved it. No disrespect to Nicholls or Glody, who both played well, but If Samuel hadn't blown apart Briggsey's top order then he'd have got more runs than you could have chased against him IMO. Most of the times I've beaten you, Samuel hasn't done anything in his first spell. That was the difference today.

I won comfortably, Mason (70-odd*) and Gilroy (124*) comfortably chasing down the 200-odd I was set. They wouldn't have got so many if I hadn't rested Dodd and Otto :p

True, it's crap being a 7th seed. I feel like Andorra or Lithuania in football world cup qualifying! :crying
Maybe I can spring a few surprises.
By the way, I was also resting a couple of players, so it probably would've evened itself out a bit FF.

Lol fair enough. Fieldwick had a decent game anyway actually :p Hemmings got tonked though.

Think I might have to ask for Ludlam for the Bulletts game, maybe BFN too, will see what MatSykes says. Think spin is the way to take you both down though :p

Yes, the game has finished with Tigers winning by 8 wickets. I just can't believe this victory. :)

Its completely a team victory. Everyone contributed to their best and did it for the team. Great win for HuntingTigers. :happy

Oh by the way, totally, just 5 wickets have gone in total match. What a batting paradise. ;) Tough luck borncricketr! As I said, I never thought that I would win this game.

Haha its ok...i expected to lose...i was out for a 4 day conference so i didnt have time to set any orders, sooo its all good :p .... i lost it mostly cause alshauns fitness is on Fatigued....soo if i had played ahmed it would have been a different story.... well played tho(y)

and everyone else...play me rite now in this period where i have no other bowlers....cuz once i buy new players and my guys are all in good PFL then it will be really really hard;)

What on earth was Briggsey playing at? :p
It seems I underestimated Samuel. I reckoned if we saw his first spell off without too much damage then the other bowlers would have made for easy pickings. It went that way too, just Samuel took 4 wickets in his first spell!!

Moodley and Ali brought it together for us helped by Vusi too. Another 10 runs and I would have won IMO, Vusi would have run through the lower order. My middle order needs looking at, its not up to standard ATM. All credit to the BFN though, deserved the win even though they are a 1 man team :p

Playing against Kalamata CC a team who I rate around the same as my abiltys and after the loss of an early wicket Ian Wotton has gone mental on a horrible pitch for the batsmen

8.3 4 Donald to Wotton
Short and picked up to mid wicket for a boundary.

8.4 4 Donald to Wotton
Four runs. No fine leg and Wotton just guided the ball down the leg side for four

8.5 4 Donald to Wotton
Short and wide outside off stump. Wotton cuts and times it well enough to beat Proudlock at third man.

End of Over 9 (13 runs). The Top Class Kids: 40-1, runrate=4.44
Donald 5-0-31-1
Wotton* 22 (15 balls)
Buchan 16 (34 balls)
Last Wicket: Fontaine b. Donald 0 (FOW: 1/1)

End of Over 87 (2 runs). Aussie Bombers: 586-1, runrate=6.74
Mountney 15-0-89-0
Jepson* 55 (60 balls)
Myall 347 (274 balls)
Last Wicket: Robinson c. Mountney b. Littler 154 (FOW: 446/1)

Mmmhmmm.....

End of Over 96 (2 runs). Aussie Bombers: 642-1, runrate=6.69
Redding 21-0-154-0
Myall* 373 (300 balls)
Jepson 85 (88 balls)
Last Wicket: Robinson c. Mountney b. Littler 154 (FOW: 446/1)

96.1 W Mountney to Myall
Mountney finds some swing and Redding takes a simple catch.

He's finally gone. Sensational knock. :clap

Well that sucks home game, playing the 2nd placed side and we have bowled each other out! I'm already 4 down in my 2nd dig too and scores are about level. Won't be getting my max funds from this game.

Code:
End of Over 2 (4 runs). prat xi: 8-1, runrate=4.00 (1st Inn: 250-10)
Trail by 751 runs. (Sri Krishna Team 1009-3 dec)

The match has been going one way right from the start against a strong batting team that has rested his bowling line-up. Now, my team has to take 9 wickets in 60 overs to win this one! So, these 2 sessions should be interesting. :)

Mwuhahahahaahaaha!
