Currently, no ressistance by my team against GN :(

End of Over 26: 82-7, runrate=3.15
Mattis 3-1-5-0
Walton* 0 (2 balls)
Malik 37 (58 balls)
Last Wicket: Love c. Watling b. Hezeltine 4 (FOW: 78/7)

One of the worst matches for me....

Chav again fails against a good bowling attack. Masi the new batting spearhead of the Baggy Blues top scored with 64.

Setting Old Wulfs a simple enough 148 to chase. Did manage an early wicket but being down hill since.

1.2 W Hitish to Mason
That's jagged back from outside off stump and popped up off the gloves of Mason, an easy catch by Masibulele.

End of Over 11: 66-1, runrate=6.00, reqrunrate=2.13 (148-10)
Borrowdale 6-0-30-0
Gilroy* 34 (28 balls)
Heath 27 (33 balls)
Last Wicket: Mason c. Masibulele b. Hitish 1 (FOW: 6/1)

We are having similar matches Syl ;)

Well, my match was over.. GN managed to chase very comfortably in the end,

Total (24.2 overs, 3 wickets) 91

Picking three quick wickets in first 15 overs while defending the low total has been the only plus point for my team in today's game.. Apart from that, its a poor batting display from HT.. If we had put around 200 ( atleast 170), it should have been interesting!

Well done, GN! :)

I would say around 200 and you would have been able to defend it.
Probably should have bowled Sawyer earlier game is all but gone now.

End of Over 17: 94-1, runrate=5.53, reqrunrate=1.67 (148-10)
Hamed 2-0-9-0
Gilroy* 44 (42 balls)
Heath 43 (55 balls)
Last Wicket: Mason c. Masibulele b. Hitish 1 (FOW: 6/1)

Glad you didn't, Sawyer looks a good bowler and its a dusty pitch. I can afford a couple of wickets now.

What's Masi's batting skill? He played well.

Old Wulfs are playing really well. Tough luck, Suren.

My match is after an hour against Chimpert's team. :)

Not looking good for BB, Syl!

I also wanted to play an WestIndies team one day.. Its Indian timings are interesting ;)

It would have been seeing as from 7 downwards was abysmal-worthless batting. ;)

I'm pretty pleased with the win, even though we lost too many wickets. Sad to see Marsden go so early, but Suren played well to restrict the scoring.

3.3 6 Silk to Buchan
I've never seen an all run six before! Terrible fielding, overthrows, great running... I'm tired just watching that!

Lol I had to share that with you all!

End of Over 9 (7 runs). The Top Class Kids: 46-1, runrate=5.11
Donovan 5-0-26-1
Buchan* 21 (23 balls)
Wotton 16 (22 balls)
Last Wicket: Mattheus c. Louis b. Donovan 5 (FOW: 9/1)

Good start, hoping Wotton gets another century to get his average over 200, I could use a Zat "The Bat" Buchan century also

-------------------------------------------------------------

I only need to draw this game to guarntee that I finish 2nd in FC and so far its looking brilliant

39.2 4 Donovan to Wotton
That is a classic on drive, one of the hardest shots in the book and Wotton made it look easy.
And that's a century for Wotton! Well played indeed Sir!

42.4 2 Duke to Buchan
A big heave-ho and the ball went way up in the air, but thankfully for Buchan it landed in no man's land and they were able to take two.

Will be declaring at 500, Ive put Mbeki at 5 today and im hoping he gets a bat but if he doesnt its not the end of the world. Surely Ian Wottons FC average must be over 200 now and the scary thing is that I only play him in games that I need him. Thank god he has PFL issues, the entire bowling attack has over 10k battrick ratings.

End of Over 44 (3 runs). The Top Class Kids: 227-1, runrate=5.16
Silk 11-0-55-0
Wotton* 111 (136 balls)
Buchan 102 (124 balls)

End of Over 39 (11 runs). Mental Blank: 226-1, runrate=5.79
Makhanda 11-0-46-1
Basson* 81 (66 balls)
Richardson 123 (113 balls)

Last Wicket: Mcleod b. Makhanda 11 (FOW: 44/1)

Playing a bot at home and I am declaring at 800. Mcleod is a bowler and I mucked around with the orders. (on purpose) These two are owning at the moment.

Only failure so far has been Ray.
The silly bugger put me in on a flat pitch might be trying to throw it as this is my B team.
Baggy Blues 3/667 (Quintus 273, Stubbs 165, Muller 173*)

I'll declare at 2000 if possible and then put a real weak bowling lineup so that I can hopefully forgo the bowling BP.

Fighting Mongooses were sent in on a green surface in this big #2 vs #3 clash

Fighting Mongooses 9/447 (110.0)
Barton 199 n.o.
Whaley 71
Sheppard 48
Graves 4/113 (28.0)

Barton providing a Lara-esque effort will seek his 3rd 200 of the season tomorrow morning.

That would be annoying to be on 199* at the close of play. He will have a sleepless night I can tell you that.

Slow start this morning, picked up two wickers but not making the progress I was hoping for...

End of Over 49 (2 runs). Kiyoshi CC: 151-7, runrate=3.08
Trail by 361 runs. (The Top Class Kids 512-2 dec)
Harvey 11-2-39-1
Silk* 6 (25 balls)
Louis 42 (91 balls)
Last Wicket: Duke b. Dangasela 13 (FOW: 141/7)

Shaun Harvey is bowling poo on this dusty pitch, he should have them all out by now!
