Wickets dropping beside him is all good :) Told you those orders would work with Harvey :D

My batters are falling all over the place.

End of Over 18: 84-5, runrate=4.67
Moyo 4-0-17-2
Hamed* 1 (2 balls)
Quintus 11 (18 balls)
Last Wicket: Stubbs b. Moyo 3 (FOW: 77/5)

34.6 W Harvey to Govender
Govender struck that well but Nicholls, standing close in, caught it between his thighs. A little higher and he wouldn't be celebrating.

35.2 W Dangasela to Nelsen
Nelsen tries the reverse-sweep, top edge and caught comfortably by Wotton.

Double blow, and about time to! Bennett still in :( but ive restricted him very well

End of Over 36: 139-6, runrate=3.86
Dangasela 8-1-30-1
Bennett* 66 (94 balls)
Daly 0 (4 balls)
Last Wicket: Nelsen c. Wotton b. Dangasela 0 (FOW: 139/6)

38.6 W Harvey to Daly
If you play the reverse sweep out of the rough you are asking for trouble. Extra bounce from Harvey sees the ball fly into the sky before landing straight in James's hands

Havrey gets the tailender and finishes with 4-27 a brilliant effort, its probably safe to keep bennett on strike :p only going at 67 per 100 balls

41.2 W Ryan to Corcoran
Straightforward outside edge into Wotton's gloves.

Ryans late inclusion instead of Carrington has been effective, Wotton gets another catch with pink gloves (i presume :p)

42.3 W Roberts to Rhodes
Well, that's straight up in the air! The fielders are converging but Harvey has waved them all off - and it's caught! Very well taken!

Harvey takes his 5th wicket.... with his hands

46.5 W Roberts to Knight
The batsman was unlucky there! There was certainly a noise but replays suggested there was daylight between bat and ball; the sound was bat hitting pad.

End of Over 47: 167-10, runrate=3.55
Roberts 8-1-30-2
Bennett* 81 (117 balls)

Happy with that but it would off and should off been less, Mbeki had a poor time of it. Doug Bennett was still brilliant although slow. Now time to see if my batting plan comes off and if not THERE IS ALWAYS WOTTON!

DAMMM!!! PART 1 OF MY PLAN IS GONE ALREADY!

W Knight to James
The ball struck James in line and after a moment to consider where the ball pitched, the umpire raised the finger. Out!

CMON WOTTON

1.3 4 Nelsen to Wotton
Marginally over-pitched, and Wotton, in a flash, punches down the ground well wide of mid off for four. Good shot.

Four first ball but im still nervous

End of Over 9: 68-1, runrate=7.56, reqrunrate=2.44 (167-10)
Knight 5-0-40-1
Mattheus* 21 (23 balls)
Wotton 39 (27 balls)

Last Wicket: James lbw b. Knight 1 (FOW: 2/1)

Attacking the new ball has worked a treat, those three spinners would have to come on soon

And that's the end of the match. The Top Class Kids won by 8 wickets.
St Michele CC 167-10
The Top Class Kids 168-2

I FINALLY GET MY REVENGE!

Wotton* 92 (72 balls)

Deserved 100 and was going at 230 strike rate at one stage, WOTTON, WOTTON, WOTTON

...

WOTTON,WOTTON,WOTTON!

At least I was able to keep Wotton from scoring a hundred:p

Well played.

Up against The Daw... Rabbitohs today.

End of Over 20: 142-2, runrate=7.10
Haishen 5-0-34-0
Nicholls* 62 (52 balls)
Glody 44 (42 balls)
Last Wicket: Mainey c. Hammond b. Devonish 33 (FOW: 47/2)

Seems like Dawson isn't going to have a bowl today, also makes it more likely as he is batting up the order too by the looks of things.

22.4 1 Strou to Glody
Milked away for a single. Moo.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

Yet another Glody 50.

The real goto men for me in at the moment, hopefully they can build a long partnership full of runs! :)

Quite miffed that Meyer didn't come to the party today like he did against Syl, but that's life I suppose!

End of Over 38: 293-2, runrate=7.71
Haishen 9-0-55-0
Glody* 77 (88 balls)
Nicholls 176 (116 balls)

Last Wicket: Mainey c. Hammond b. Devonish 33 (FOW: 47/2)

this is gonna be a big score :(

no dawson bowling :crying, he can hardly stand let alone bowl.

i think its on the cards, what his stats?

40.5 4 Devonish to Nicholls
Full ball and it's pushed through the off side for four.
A double century. Very good innings this.

well batted sir.

End of Over 41: 328-2, runrate=8.00
Devonish 6-0-52-1
Glody* 80 (94 balls)
Nicholls 208 (128 balls)

Last Wicket: Mainey c. Hammond b. Devonish 33 (FOW: 47/2)

i think you ll end up 397.

Was bowled out for 114. Chavhanga 45 off 42 balls the stand out.
I myself managed to get 5 wickets. It's a case of what could have been if I had Sawyer instead of Mohammed.

Creeping Death 5/115 (Clayden 2-28, Hitish 2-20)

End of Over 41: 328-2, runrate=8.00
Devonish 6-0-52-1
Glody* 80 (94 balls)
Nicholls 208 (128 balls)
Last Wicket: Mainey c. Hammond b. Devonish 33 (FOW: 47/2)
40.6 6 Devonish to Nicholls
Takes on the bouncer and hooks it high over square leg for a huge six.
40.5 4 Devonish to Nicholls
Full ball and it's pushed through the off side for four.
A double century. Very good innings this.
40.4 6 Devonish to Nicholls
He hasn't even hit it hard but it's sailed over the ropes! Pure timing.
40.3 4 Devonish to Nicholls
Banged in half way down from Devonish, Nicholls easily pulls it away through mid wicket. Someone needs to tell Devonish to pitch it up.
40.2 1 Devonish to Glody
A huge slog shot isn't timed and there's just a single to mid on.
40.1 1 Devonish to Nicholls

Batting with styleh!

This is a mammoth total, still waiting for a minor BT collapse though. He's only prof/qual/strong
