Sawyer back at the top didn't work too well but could have been more to do with the pitch. However Crouch at 4 seems to be working well in this match anyway.

End of Over 21: 142-2, runrate=6.76
Montgomery 4-0-30-0
Chavhanga* 52 (42 balls)
Crouch 56 (51 balls)
Last Wicket: Sawyer b. Moore 12 (FOW: 46/2)

This could be the start of the Chav-Crouch era of domination.

Made 321.
End of Over 50: 321-2, runrate=6.42
Sifiso 10-0-90-0
Croft* 131 (128 balls)
Greenwood 114 (95 balls)
Last Wicket: Zakaria b. Stifler 64 (FOW: 104/2)

Bowled them out for 223.

And that's the end of the match. Aussie Bombers won by 98 runs.
Aussie Bombers 321-2
Green Jelly 223-10

End of Over 42: 223-10, runrate=5.31
Hougaard 6-1-28-4
Bignot 9-0-32-4
Van der merwe* 96 (80 balls)

What the hell, playing a near full strength team I've lost to 4th place... Sawyer got smashed although his 4 fer got me the tie.

Borrowdale got saved my side the embarrassment of a loss.

The final 2 overs of my match
End of Over 50: 290-9, runrate=5.80
Borrowdale 10-0-58-2
Cresswell* 70 (52 balls)
0 (0 balls)

49.6 W Borrowdale to Ndebele
Great delivery, perfect length, Ndebele went for the cover drive off the back foot, ball got the inside edge and crashed into the stumps.
49.5 W Borrowdale to Montgomery
And that's high in the air, no problems for Ray at all. I'm not sure that celebration will go down well with the batsman though.
49.4 1 Borrowdale to Cresswell
A sprawling dive at extra cover turned what seemed to be a certain boundary into only a single. Great fielding!
49.3 1 Borrowdale to Montgomery
Flicked around to square leg as the fielder runs in from the boundary to collect the ball.
49.2 1 Borrowdale to Cresswell
Worked around the legs to deep backward square.
49.1 2 Borrowdale to Cresswell
Cresswell guides the ball deftly to third man for two.

End of Over 49: 285-7, runrate=5.82, reqrunrate=6.00 (290-10)
Sawyer 10-0-61-4
Cresswell* 66 (49 balls)
Montgomery 0 (0 balls)
Last Wicket: Muirhead c. Germon b. Sawyer 0 (FOW: 285/7)
48.6 W Sawyer to Muirhead
The batting team looks on in disbelief as Germon takes an unbelievable catch at cover, diving to his left and catching the ball one handed in mid-air. The fielding team is jubilant.
48.5 W Sawyer to Mcgrath
Was it the googly? Judging by the rearrangement of the stumps I would suggest that Mcgrath was unsure as well.
48.4 W Sawyer to Mainey
Half volley, skied away to long on where Ahmed takes the catch.
48.3 1 Sawyer to Cresswell
Pitched up and driven to mid off.
48.2 4 Sawyer to Cresswell
Oh dear, Mampe can't cut that off and the crowd are giving him some stick. Oh, now that's not fair! I happen to know he actually has big bones and there are plenty of pies left in the pavilion.
48.1 1 Sawyer to Mainey
Worked off his pads to mid wicket.

And the report summary for the tie

fingerbuns Baggy Blues
Top Order: proficient remarkable
Middle Order: respectable competent
Lower Order: woeful worthless
Seam Bowling: competent proficient
Spin Bowling: useless superb
Fielding: feeble woeful
MOTM: Chavhanga

Seriously don't know whats up with BT of late but they really do hate my side.

GFI'd today, meaningless game but well I can afford to and want to re-claim my place at the top of the PC batstats.

They were all out for 18 and I won after 3 overs.

I masterminded a loss against a bot today. My report summary:

Code:
	Greenbank	chaos xxx
Top Order:	useless	worthless
Middle Order:	worthless	abysmal
Lower Order:	abysmal	worthless
Seam Bowling:	worthless	abysmal
Spin Bowling:	worthless	abysmal

Love 1-0-5-1
Raisani* 5 (5 balls)
Hodgson 0 (2 balls)
Last Wicket: Davidson c. Bishop b. Love 0 (FOW: 0/2)

So erm yeah. HuntingTigers are favourites to win this now, me think.

End of Over 50: 401-1, runrate=8.02
Razdan 10-0-85-1
Allan* 99 (81 balls)
Ali 192 (133 balls)

My best OD score so far...

Nice score Aamir.

3.2 W Love to Raisani
Raisani fails to get his bat out of the way to a rising ball. It's shaved the outside edge and that's the sort of straightforward take that Bishop eats for breakfast.

Another wicket. This has been a disastrous start.

End of Over 5: 18-3, runrate=3.60, reqrunrate=5.93 (284-3)
Walton 3-1-13-1
Hodgson* 5 (7 balls)
Watson 6 (9 balls)
Last Wicket: Raisani c. Bishop b. Love 6 (FOW: 11/3)

Alright effort by my bowlers but not much to write home about with the batting. Not surprising though seeing as I'm playing a 2nd place team in his div 3 league.
End of Over 4: 24-3, runrate=6.00, reqrunrate=7.44 (142-2)
Moss 2-0-10-1
Chavhanga* 3 (5 balls)
Masibulele 12 (7 balls)
Last Wicket: Sawyer c. Moss b. Steyn 0 (FOW: 11/3)

Me vs Sean take 2.

Decent start so far by Sean batters, I've got a few orders that look like they will need sorting before my first game of next season.

End of Over 31: 139-4, runrate=4.48
Mampe 6-1-18-1
Solomon* 17 (25 balls)
Poulter 54 (59 balls)
Last Wicket: Croft c. Fernandes b. Semple 40 (FOW: 115/4)

Was always going to happen once you lost those early wickets. Still your bowlers did a real good job, had me a bit worried when you reduced me to 4 for 60 odd. Luckily Germon came to the show and backed up Chav.

Well today I am playing BFN Bombers... I think its the very first time i am playing them.. So far, the match has went like,
Welcome to Jaegermeister and Smirnoff Oval for the match between BFN Bombers and HuntingTigers.

We can tell you that HuntingTigers won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking quite cracked! A field day for the seam bowlers I would reckon on this sunny day.

And as expected on cracked conditions,

End of Over 36: 116-8, runrate=3.22
Love 8-1-26-2
Barnard* 50 (85 balls)
Backley 1 (17 balls)
Last Wicket: Kelly c. Alshaun b. Gayle 11 (FOW: 108/8)

Considering they do have a mighty bowlers, its always going to be a tough ask from HT batsmen.. but so far, a very good job in bowling department! :)

End of Over 31: 163-1, runrate=5.26, reqrunrate=6.89 (293-8)
Leonard 6-1-18-0
Wotton* 58 (67 balls)
Nayar 77 (83 balls)

Last Wicket: Jepson Run Out 26 (FOW: 47/1)

Still in with a shot, Wotton has sped up finally but Nayar is a true champion... alot of batting to come

End of Over 5: 22-2, runrate=4.40
Lisbie 3-0-14-2
Adrian* 1 (1 balls)
Tennakoon 3 (6 balls)

Last Wicket: Major b. Lisbie 9 (FOW: 21/2)

Good start to my season, hopefully they put a few more runs up to give Harro something to aim for on his debut in testing conditions
